From 5-27-16 episode of The Rob Zicari Show LIVE 10-1pm M-F
Donald Trump calls her Crooked Hillary. The Inspector General released a report this week that pretty much calls her the same thing, but the liberal media is basically ignoring it. They would rather focus on the Chupacabras in Albuquerque and San Diego who are throwing rocks and bottles at police because they don’t like Trump.
This report is a bombshell. I figured it would get wall to wall coverage. But all I’m seeing is news about Bill Cosby diddling someone messed up on pills she took willingly a decade ago. I’m seeing Meghan McCain talking about how appalling it was that Donald Trump criticized New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez on her home turf. Trump telling the truth about Martinez based on public records and statistics got Meghan’s panties in a bunch, but Hillary lying about being given clearance to have a private email server and taking steps to cover up her wrongdoing isn’t important enough to report on.
The State Department is saying Hillary violated security protocol. She broke the rules. This is a woman who wants to be President of the United States. We’re supposed to accept the judgement of someone who didn’t realize that conducting official business on a private email server was wrong? Then having her people lie and cover for her? This is the judgment and character of someone we want to elect as president?
Hillary Clinton broke the rules of the State Department. Her long-time aide and State Department Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin didn’t want to cooperate with the investigation. What does that tell you? If you did nothing wrong, wouldn’t your aides and confidents be the first people to step and say you did nothing wrong?
Let’s explore some of what was in the Inspector General’s report. Nobody in the mainstream media is talking about it, so it’s up to us the break it down. Like I’ve said, there are two Americas. The real one and the one the media feeds you.
“Secretary Clinton should have preserved any Federal records she created and received on her personal account by printing and filing those records with the related files in the Office of the Secretary,” the report states. “At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department’s policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act.”
A Clinton supporter can try to spin this all they want, but this is pretty damning. This is the most qualified person to have ever run for president? You would think she would know enough that when she left the State Department, she would have to turn over her official records and all emails that pertain to government business. When you quit or get fired from a job, you walk out with a box full of pictures and stuff that was on your desk. You don’t walk out with company secrets. Hell, a football player has to leave his playbook behind when he switches teams.
“In November 2010, Secretary Clinton and her Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations discussed the fact that Secretary Clinton’s emails to Department employees were not being received,” the report said. “The Deputy Chief of Staff emailed the Secretary that “we should talk about putting you on state email or releasing your email address to the department so you are not going to spam.” In response, the Secretary wrote, “Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.”
In 2010, Hillary Clinton and Huma Abdein knew they were doing something wrong. They purposely did what they did to give Clinton cover for whatever she was doing besides State Department business that she didn’t want anyone to know about.
It’s funny, Wolf Blitzer and the crew at CNN will devote an entire hour talking about women Donald Trump called “baby” or “hon” 20 years ago, as if Trump using a sexist term two decades ago is detrimental to national security. Here’s the Inspector General saying that what Hillary Clinton did wrong, she knew what she did was wrong, her staff suggested putting her on state email because what she was doing was wrong, and nobody wants to talk about it. They would rather talk about thugs and gangsters throwing rocks at cops outside a Trump rally.
Some State Department technology staff said they were instructed to not talk of Clinton’s email set-up after they raised concerns about the unusual arrangement. One employee told investigators that he or she “raised concerns that information sent and received on Secretary Clinton’s account could contain Federal records that needed to be preserved in order to satisfy Federal recordkeeping requirements,” the report states.
But they were told to ignore it: “According to the staff member, the Director stated that the Secretary’s personal system had been reviewed and approved by Department legal staff and that the matter was not to be discussed any further. As previously noted, OIG found no evidence that staff in the Office of the Legal Adviser reviewed or approved Secretary Clinton’s personal system.”
Hillary Clinton is a liar. She lies bigly. She said everyone was aware of what was going on and everything was approved. This is a bigly lie.
“According to the other [IT] staff member who raised concerns about the server, the Director stated that the mission of S/ES-IRM is to support the Secretary and instructed the staff never to speak of the Secretary’s personal email system again.”
This isn’t hearsay. This is testimony from her own staff members. Is this a vast right wing conspiracy? Are these staffers just making this stuff up to damage Democrats? Are they secretly in the bag for Trump? Watch for that spin to come. I guess that’s how the liberal media will try to downplay this.
I’m telling you, the Clintons get away with more shenanigans that no one else would be able to. When Donald Trump says that Hillary Clinton wouldn’t have more than 5% if she were a guy, he’s absolutely correct. It’s the truth. I mean, just look at this stuff.
According to the report a non-State adviser to Bill Clinton, who was the original user of the server later taken over by Hillary Clinton, shut down the server in early 2011 because of hacking concerns. While unnamed in the report, previous news reports have identified longtime Clinton staffer and Teneo employee Justin Cooper as the man who registered Clinton’s email address. According to the report, the individual who registered the address was the same person who reported the hacking.
Cooper, according to the report, reached out to Huma Abedin on Jan. 9, 2011 to notify her of the hacking problem, an occurrence that happened twice that day. He said he “had to shut down the server because he believed ‘someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in i didnt [sic] want to let them have the chance to,’” the report says.
“Later that day, the advisor again wrote to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, ‘We were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min,’” the report reads.
That matter should have been reported, the IG report says, but was not.
“Notification is required when a user suspects compromise of, among other things, a personally owned device containing personally identifiable information,” it says. “However, OIG found no evidence that the Secretary or her staff reported these incidents to computer security personnel or anyone else within the Department.”
So people are trying to hack the system and they aren’t reporting it?
State has deemed more than 2,000 of Clinton’s messages as classified, including 22 that were upgraded to the most sensitive national security classification, “top secret.” And the FBI is still probing whether any laws were broken laws by putting classified information at risk — or whether her staff improperly sent sensitive information knowing it wasn’t on a classified system.
At the very least, State’s inspector general says Clinton didn’t do what she was supposed to, though it also notes widespread email issues across the tenures of five secretaries of state, not just Clinton. The report found top staffers frequently used personal emails too.
This is who the Democrats are pinning their hopes on in November. CNN and the liberal media are trying to excuse it by saying five other secretaries of state did the same thing. But they didn’t. None of the others used private email for state business on a private server located in a bathroom in Clinton’s home in New York.
Hillary aides Huma Abedin, Jake Sullivan and Cheryl Mills refused to be interviewed because they would be asked questions that would have buried Clinton even more. Hillary has said over and over that she did nothing illegal by choosing to set up a private email server in her New York home and she was not trying to evade federal records requests. Instead, she was doing it as a matter of convenience.
Hillary set up a private server and told her aides not to say anything about it. The amount of BS that the Clintons are allowed to serve up is amazing. These are the people that Democrats want back in the White House?
The report gives more details of the under-the-radar work of Clinton’s top technology staffer, Bryan Pagliano, whom she paid to maintain her private email server. State’s chief information officer and deputy chief information officers, Pagliano’s direct bosses, told investigators that he never informed them of his side duties. They “believed that Pagliano’s job functions were limited to supporting mobile computing issues across the entire Department.”
“They told OIG that while they were aware that the Senior Advisor had provided IT support to the Clinton Presidential campaign, they did not know he was providing ongoing support to the Secretary’s email system during working hours,” the report reads.
So Brian Pagliano was paid by the State Department and was also in charge of Hillary’s private server at her home. Pagliano was doing things for the Clintons that had nothing to do with the government. He invoked his Fifth Amendment privilege and refused to answer questions from Congress, but he received immunity from the FBI to talk about the email arrangement.
This is what’s going on with Hilary. You have her pal Terry McAuliffe being investigated for possible illegal campaign contributions while serving on the board at the Clinton Global Initiative. McAuliffe ran her 2008 campaign and worked for Bill Clinton. That investigation started about a year ago. Now you have Hillary’s own staff members implicating her for her private email server, something they all knew was not kosher.
On Thursday, Hillary attempted to defend her actions on CNN with Wolf Blitzer. She said the rules were “not a model of clarity,” but said “It was still a mistake. If I could go back, I’d do it differently.” Then she attacked Donald Trump.
So Hillary is saying that yeah, she sucks, but Donald Trump is worse. She says she knows having a private email server in her stinky bathroom isn’t cool, but would you rather have Donald Trump? She’s using the same reasoning that former #NeverTrumpers like Bobby Jindal, Rick Perry and Marco Rubio are. They say Trump sucks, but would you rather have Hillary? Trump’s the only option we have. We have Trump Chicken or Hillary Fish to choose from and we choose the chicken. Yes, Trump is rough around the edges, but Hillary is horrible. That’s what the people who swore they wouldn’t back Trump are saying.
Now Hillary is saying the same thing. “Yeah, I know I’m a liar. Yes, I do shady things. My husband is a scumbag. I know you don’t trust me. Hell, I don’t trust me. But would you rather have me or would you rather have Trump?”
Hillary’s unfavorably ratings are based on her 30+ year history in politics. Trump unfavorables can be corrected. People will move past the fact that Trump retweeted a picture of Heidi Cruz looking like a Chupacabra next to his gorgeous wife Melania. Trump can be fixed, but people don’t like Hillary because of who she is.
There is no fixing of her email problem. There is no fixing of Terry McAuliffe and her husband’s sexual scandals. The media can try to bury it as much as they want, but it’s always going to come back up. It’s like perpetual agita that never goes away.
Now Hillary is just saying “Yeah, I suck. Everyone despises me. But Trump? He’s worse! Come on, man…” That should be her campaign slogan. Hillary Sucks, But She’s Not Trump. It’s one thing for former #NeverTrumpers to say Trump sucks, but he’s better than Hillary, but Hillary is actually saying it herself: “I suck. Vote for me because I’m not Trump. I’m a piece of crap, but he’s a bigger piece of crap.”
Here’s the thing that I don’t think a lot of people are getting. This has nothing to do with what was on the emails. She had a private server. Every email that she got or sent was vetted by her. So if somebody wanted to see her emails, they would have to go through her. She would have to retrieve them. A reporter couldn’t file a Freedom of Information Act request to see government documents. Everything went through her. That’s not what Colin Powell or Madeline Albright or anybody else did. The Inspector General said he never would have authorized that, but he wasn’t even asked.
Hillary Clinton told everybody that she was given permission to do everything she did, from the White House to the State Department. She wasn’t. She lied. Here’s someone who everybody says has the judgement and the temperament and the character and the qualifications to be president, and she goes on talk show after talk show and straight up lies to the American people. She didn’t have permission. She never asked anybody for permission. Hillary Clinton lied. She’s not qualified.
Hillary Clinton has been in politics for over 30 years. She knows the rules. She knowingly broke them and is lying about it. And CNN and the rest of the state run media are giving her a pass.
