From 7-5-16 episode of The Rob Zicari Show LIVE 10-1pm M-F
I. Told. You. So.
Hilary Clinton will not face charges for handling highly classified material in a private email account and neither will her band of misfits. We called this months ago. The FBI was never going to indict Hillary. If you really thought there was a chance, you are living in another universe. It doesn’t matter who the Republican presidential candidate is. Indicting Hillary Clinton was never going to happen.
At a campaign stop in North Carolina yesterday, President Obama called Hillary the most qualified person to ever run for president. Two hours earlier, FBI director James Comey said in not so many words that she was incompetent. Not only will she not face sanctions, she and everyone around her get to keep their jobs.
Imagine that you work as a security guard. You don’t bother locking the gates because it’s inconvenient. Your boss finds out, and not only are you not fired, you get a promotion and get to fly on Air Force One with the President of the United States. Do you think that would ever happen? Only if your last name is Clinton.
Let’s go through some of the things James Comey laid out during his announcement. Remember, Hillary has said repeatedly that she “never received nor sent any material that was marked classified,” but we now have FBI confirmation that that was not true.
“From the group of 30,000 emails returned to the State Department, 110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received,” Comey said.
“Eight of those chains contained information that was top secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.”
Hillary said that some of the information was marked classified retroactively, but as far as she knew, none of it was classified when she sent it. FBI director Comey is saying this is BS. He contradicted everything her and her team have been saying from day one.
Democrats and #NeverTrumpers cry about Donald Trump’s language. They complain about his rhetoric, saying “I don’t know what to tell my child. How do I explain to my child that it’s wrong to call people names when Trump does it? Boo hoo hoo…”
So what do they say to their child about lying? Nobody has a problem with the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party telling a story for months and months that she knows is not true. What does everybody tell their kid then? What’s worse, a candidate who calls another candidate a name, or a candidate who is supposed to have impeccable judgement, who is the most qualified person to ever run for president according to the current president, saying things that are completely full of crap?
Remember when Trump said he saw thousands of Muslims cheering in New Jersey after the 9/11 attacks? Everybody called him out on it, saying it wasn’t true. Chuck Todd said his words matter, because he’s running for the highest office in the land. Then reports started coming out that there were in fact Muslims cheering, but it wasn’t “thousands.” This was a huge deal and everybody questioned his integrity, and here’s Hillary Clinton saying she never sent classified material through her private server and the FBI director is calling her a liar.
Lying seems to come naturally to the Clintons. “I never had sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky…” That lie got Bill Clinton impeached, but Hillary lies about compromising the security of the United States and she gets to run for president.
That’s not the only thing Hillary lied about. She testified under oath before the House Select Committee on Benghazi that she had turned over “all my work related emails” from her private server to the State Department. Comey revealed that the FBI had found “several thousand” work-related emails Clinton had not turned over, including three that included information that had been classified at the time they had been sent. So not only has Hillary lied to the American people for months, she’s also committed perjury before a congressional committee.
Check out this doozy:
“There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.”
What do you think? I thought this was pretty damning. Comey also said “it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton’s personal e-mail account.”
Hostile actors gained access. This is who is running for president. This is who will have access to nuclear launch codes. Sure hope no hostile actors gain access to them.
How did I know that Hillary was never going to be indicted? Obama gave a clue in April when he told Fox News’ Chris Wallace that Hillary “would never intentionally put America in any kind of jeopardy.” Hillary set up a private server. This was intentional. Comey said, “It is also likely that there are other work-related emails that they did not produce to State and that we did not find elsewhere, and that are now gone because they deleted all emails they did not return to State, and the lawyers cleaned their devices in such a way as to preclude complete forensic recovery.” Hillary deleted emails while the investigation was ongoing. That was intentional.
But Hillary will get away with it, because there wasn’t some insidious intent to give away classified information, according to Comey. She and her team were just so reckless and incompetent that they did so by accident.
Comey said the FBI wouldn’t recommend charges, but the final decision is ultimately up to the Department of Justice, led by Loretta Lynch. What do you think Loretta is going to do? She’s already said that she will make her decision based on the recommendations of the FBI. It behooves her and everybody involved to not bring charges, because if Hillary is elected president, everybody gets to keep their jobs. The odds are with the Democrats, so if Hillary wins, Loretta Lynch stays in place, James Comey stays in place, everybody involved with the investigation stays right where they are.
When Obama said that what Hillary did wasn’t intentional, that’s when you knew the fix was in. This was fixed months ago, and Comey confirmed it yesterday:
In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.
As a result, although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case.
So Comey is saying that normally, a person would get fired for doing what Hillary did. If this would have been discovered while she was Secretary of State, Huma Abedin would have been fired, Cheryl Mills would have been fired, and Hillary would have resigned. Comey is saying that in similar circumstances with other people, a price would have had to be paid. But because it wasn’t intentional, it’s no big deal.
Hmm… So if I commit a crime and tell the cops I didn’t mean to break the law, do the cops let me go?
Hillary was never going to be charged. Besides the fact that Democrats control the White House and the media, if Hillary was indicted, President Obama would have been brought into the case. He would have been asked questions as to why he was corresponding with emails without a .gov suffix. Obama corresponded with Hillary, so did David Axelrod and a host of others. All of them would have been asked why they were discussing classified information on Hillary’s private server. The house of cards would have come crashing down.
Hillary Clinton is running for President of the United States. All of the things Comey talked about, the carelessness, the recklessness, the incompetency, are all going to be in the White House. We are going to have a president who James Comey says at the very least should have known better. All of the people involved with her will be in the White House. What the hell is going to happen to this country?
“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.”
Hillary sat down with the FBI on Saturday. Within minutes of the conclusion of this interview, word leaked out that she was not going to be charged. That’s amazing. Hillary talked with the FBI for 3 1/2 hours and it was almost immediately determined that she would not face sanctions.
The interview was just a formality. It was all smoke and mirrors. Hillary and everybody involved knew that would she would be cleared. This was all a set-up from the beginning. Instead of being charged with putting the security of the country at risk, she gets rewarded with a taxpayer-funded trip on Air Force One and has the President of the United States campaign for her.
If America elects this careless, reckless, dangerous person as president, it will reap what it has sown.
The FBI and the Justice Department are letting Hillary Clinton off the hook for jeopardizing national security.
Don’t let them get away with it.
